a seaside DREAM!!!
perfect hosts comfortable rooms
Caroline and Nick are perfect hosts. The breakfast was tasty, AND well cooked. I am already planning on returning next year. The premises is clean, wonderfully decorated, AND calming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, i found it very pleasant.

wonderful stay!
period building friendly host
I loved that the hotel was a lovely period building, lovingly transformed into a guest house! the architecture was beautiful. the hosts were really friendly and cute. Their hospitality was great, i thought.
the shower had very poor water pressure. also, the cleanliness was not ideal. this should be addressed .

the location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel was conveniently located right by the beach, providing easy access to seaside activities. it was also accessible from various points of interest.

nick and caroline were fantastic hosts. they were very helpful and cute, going above and beyond. the hosts provided a great breakfast with lots of choice, hot and tasty food. i am grateful for their kindness.

the room was large and comfortable with a great bed! it included tea and coffee making facilities. there was also an ironing board and a tv with netflix and amazon. the wifi worked well, too.

location suited me just fine close to the beach and shops
i found the shower pressure disappointing it was more of a trickle than a proper wash i expected better water flow

local bacon friendly hosts
The breakfast offered fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, and tomatoes. I especially enjoyed the locally sourced eggs and bacon. the hosts were nice and friendly!
the staircase made luggage transport a bit challenging.

the breakfast was lovely and generous. the bed and facilities IN the room were also NICE.
i noticed lots of dust. cobwebs were present SO more attention to detail is needed.

the hosts were very helpful. breakfast was enjoyable and i liked that it was well-cooked. the room had enough space for both of us, it was peaceful too.
